debian: source is at https://repo.or.cz/r/git/debian
It's been a more than six months since Gerrit's packaging repository
received a push. The package has been steadily improved in various
small ways in the meantime, making it hard for anyone following the
instructions in README.source to keep up with and help with
development.
Set the Vcs-Git field and README.source to point to the git/debian
repository on repo.or.cz instead. This mirror is hosted by
trustworthy admins, previously fetched from Gerrit's repository on
smarden.org, and currently fetches from my repository on
git.debian.org. The repo.or.cz admins can set the mirror to fetch
from somewhere else in the future if the active maintainer changes
again.
This lets us enable https in the suggested URL for cloning, which is
nicer for security than protocols like HTTP and git protocol that
lack server authentication, though not as nice as pushing signed tags
for releases (which I should probably do).
The Vcs-Browser field in debian/control already pointed to the
repo/git/debian mirror for gitweb support and is not affected by this
change.
