widgets.commitmsg: Make 'Ctrl + Return' the shortcut for 'Commit'
'Ctrl + Return' is more intuitive and was requested shortly after the
message editor was redesigned. The old shortcut key was never documented
and won't be burned into muscle memory quite yet so let's change it while
we still can.
