i18n: avoid translating Push and Pull for German only
The translation for "Pull" seems to translate to "Fetch and Merge", but
that is kind of inaccurate because the GUI lets you rebase
(aka `git pull --rebase`).
Since #1160 complained specifically about these terms then I'm okay with
having just these strings untranslated.
