install.sh: drop XDL_FAST_HASH warning for 2.12.0 or later
Git commit 1f7c9261320576fc (xdiff: drop XDL_FAST_HASH, 2016-11-30, v2.12.0)
removed all support for XDL_FAST_HASH as it produces harmful results.
