Bug 1883048 - Update manifest files for late beta builds and release builds r=edgar,dom-core
They need the new behavior behind a pref,
`dom.events.mouse-pointer-boundary.keep-enter-targets-after-over-target-removed`,
therefore, they fail in the late beta build or in the release channel.
