Bug 1726160 [wpt PR 30050] - Remove unlaunched RTCInsertableStreams fields, a=testonly

Remove unlaunched RTCInsertableStreams fields
A few legacy/deprecated fields were left from during the development of
Insertable Encoded Streams, and were left guarded by a flag when the API
launched. This cleans these up as they're becoming a nuisance.
