Bug 1745040 [wpt PR 31961] - [selectmenu] Fire input and change events, a=testonly
Automatic update from web-platform-tests
[selectmenu] Fire input and change events
Fire input and change events for <selectmenu> when the listbox is
closed, if a new option was selected since the popup listbox was
opened.
This behavior may be modified base on the outcome of [1], but for now
this change aims to match the existing behavior of <select>.
