Rename the WPT tests so that they now match the new report.body.type:

- access-to-coop-page-from-openee_coop-ro.https.html
- access-to-coop-page-from-opener_coop-ro.https.html
- access-to-coop-page-from-other_coop-ro.https.html

The report-to API is now working thanks to:
