Bug 1783998 - Remove MathML preference script_shift_attributes. r=emilio
- Remove script_shift_attributes preference and related test, warning
message and parsing.
- Do not remove subscriptshift/supscripshift atoms, since they are
still needed for nsTreeSanitizer.
