Bug 1796748 [wpt PR 36583] - [dvh] Invalidate dynamic viewport units in LayoutViewportWasResized, a=testonly
Automatic update from web-platform-tests
[dvh] Invalidate dynamic viewport units in LayoutViewportWasResized
We did an early-out based on static viewport units presence, which
means that any site that only uses dynamic viewport units would not
be invalidated.
The WPT is adjusted to test each case in a fresh iframe, which does
exercise the problem.
