Bug 1845788 - Handle multi-options defined in browsertime_args. r=perftest-reviewers,acreskey,afinder
This patch fixes an issue where the multi-options being defined in the `browsertime_args` setting from a test manifest file were overriding each other when there was more than one multi-option specified.
