 - commit_changes refactor: it was growing too much, so I split it in 2
 distinct functions (one for each data sink: contact X calendar)

 - a bug fix in contact get_changes (it was accessing calendar xslt...
 dammed copy&paste!)

 - change from google-format to xmlformat-doc (for details for the reasons

For while the converted data is being printed to stdout, later I will change
