Force windows on-screen when using:
PositionPlacement UnderMouse
The old style option of UnderMousePlacement would force a given window
on-screen if the mouse pointer was close to the edge and hence the window
would appear off screen. Since UnderMouse now uses move arguments this was
no longer happening.
