FIX: Deal with symlink-ed files/directories in tutorials

Had do extend FFConfigureFiles.cmake for that. Installing the symlinks
is a bit hacky, but it concerns only two tutorial cases anyways.
Currently systems not supporting symlinks are not treated properly...
