Import sendmail-8.7.5 onto the vendor branch.

Update to sendmail-8.7.4.  This fixes a DNS related security vulnerabilty.

Import sendmail-8.7.3.  One small but important bugfix.
I was about to apply this bugfix manually, not expecting 8.7.3 to be
released quite this quickly.. :-)

Import Sendmail-8.7.2 as discussed on -current.

The conflict merge will happen shortly after.
