Add journal checksum patches. Also move
ext4-use-inode-preallocation-with-noextents.patch out of bug fix area
(because it's not a bug fix; at best a performance regression repair,
but it's too large and not well commented enough to go to Linus at
this stage.)
Also move the enable-barriers by default into the stable series.
