stopped exporting all functions
removed epsilon from ray_sphere_intersect because it doesn't seem to be needed
removed unused colour_trunc failing_test
allowed go() to specify the recursion depth
added ray_sphere_intersection_test to the test list
fixed ray_sphere_intersection_test
