Avoid describe-key error with lambdas
Problem reported by Sho Takemori (Bug#22716).
* lisp/cedet/mode-local.el (describe-mode-local-overload)
(xref-mode-local-overload): Use function-overload-p instead
of assuming the argument is a symbol.
