Fix shortcut conflict in CommitDialog
Both CommitDialog_AmendPreviousCommit and CommitDialog_CommitMessage
had the same mnemonic. This commit solves the conflict by assigning
a different mnemonic to CommitDialog_AmendPreviousCommit.
