Add p2MirrorsURL and p2StatsURI to EGit p2 repository
Set the environment variable PUBLISH_FOLDER to configure the mirror URL
on the Eclipse download server which is:
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=${PUBLISH_FOLDER}&format=xml
