Removed ebib-entry-types-hash.
The variable ebib-entry-types-hash is a hash table that isn't very big and
doesn't change size. It also duplicates data already stored in
ebib-entry-types as an assoc list. And since the function assoc does for
assoc lists what gethash does for hash tables, there was every reason to
remove ebib-entry-types-hash.
