recipes: tools/alpine: update with recent information
Thanks to Eduardo Chappa for the notice.
This recipe compiles Alpine without debugging information, previously
it was requested by Eduardo, but since the binary is a bit huge and our
limit is at 700MB, we give the option to the user to
--enable-debug=yes.
