recipes: tools/cryptsetup: Update recipe
It includes the following changes:
- The short description has been reformatted or trimmed so that the
Dragora installer can display it correctly.
- Be consistent with the licensing statement of other recipes, following
what is suggested in the Qi manual. Until we can have the official
"recipe guidelines".
- Copy more documentation.
- Make sure to regenerate the build system.
