bootstrap: Remove -pipe flag for build
Use temporary files for communication between the
various stages of compilation, in order to try to
guarantee the readibility of the assembler or try
to make the whole process more reliable, since this
is used to build the final Dragora and produce the
set of cross-compilers (aka darkcrusade)...
