kernel - Detect edge cases in ELF note handling
* Do more stringent tests on ELF note structures and headers to
avoid possible panics on page-crossings.
* Patch constructed from examination of a similar fix made to FreeBSD
cvs/1.227. However, our patch is written a different way.
