arcmsr(4): Disable MSI support on the 1880 models.
There is definitely MSI related breakage here (resulting in ccb
command timeout issues). It was verified with an ARC-1880i that
was kindly provided by ftigeot.
On the other hand, my ARC-1210 works like a charm using MSI.
