Update mount_hammer.8
* Update SYNOPSIS to reflect that ':' can be used as separator for specials
* Rename `mount-options' to `options' to follow mount.8 and
save some space in SYNOPSIS
* Add Xrefs for HAMMER.5 and gpt.8
* Use consistent spelling for 'file system'
* Add fstab(5) part to existing example
* Add markup
