MFC: following 2 commits:
Update mount_hammer doc:
- sync usage() & mount_hammer.8
- add missing \n to usage()
- rename transactionid to transaction-id to ease reading
- describe that special files can be `:' separated
- add some more cross references
Add a pointer to hammer(5) and fix some minor issues.
