soc/intel/broadwell/pch: Use equivalent Lynx Point ASL

Keep deduplicating code. Have Broadwell PCH ASL borrow some equivalent
Lynx Point ASL files, and drop the now-unused files from Broadwell PCH.

Tested with BUILD_TIMELESS=1, Purism Librem 13 v1 remains identical.
