mb/intel/coffeelake_rvp: Configure FSP UPDs of DDI ports for cmlrvp
This patch configures FSP UPD values for HPD and DDC of DDI ports for
CMLRVP.
BUG=none
TEST= Tested that eDP works on CMLRVP.
