mainboard/google/zoombini: Enable HAVE_ACPI_RESUME
This patch selects `HAVE_APCI_RESUME` to enable S3 resume. This
has a dependency on EC to store the hash.
BUG=b:72472969
TEST=suspend and resume from S3 should work.
