Revert change of dh_installman call, put man page into debian/conkeror.manpages
Forgot that I track man pages in debian/conkeror.manpages, so the
change in debian/rules in 62f11cecd56ff5a45d43be18178c4efe7db391f7
didn't work out. Reverting that one, adding the new man page location
to its proper place.
