define_wikipedia_webjumps call style change
define_wikipedia_webjumps now defines webjumps for all of its languages
when called with no args. (magic cookie "ALL" was removed)
define_wikipedia_webjumps now names the webjumps according to the format
spec given in the user variable wikipedia_webjumps_format. The default
is 'wikipedia-%s'.
