Added clicks-in-new-buffer.js
defines clicks-in-new-buffer-mode.
Middle-clicked links will open in a new buffer in the foreground.
Variables may be set to control the target mouse button, whether new
buffers open in the foreground or background, and whether or not
mouse click event propagation should cease.
