Add bookmarks support, improve url completion efficiency
In order to use the built-in history query system, the customization
mechanism for URL completion was changed. URL completion is now
customized by setting the boolean variables
`url_completion_use_webjumps', `url_completion_use_bookmarks', and
`url_completion_use_history'.
