autogen.sh: replace superproject part by call to autoreconf
autoreconf has been available since autoconf 2.50.
This doesn't solve any immediate problem, except that OS X users
can now use autogen.sh directly, as explained in 4c8dcdf (configure.ac:
use non-deprecated form of AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE, Mon Jun 6 22:10:48 2011 +0200).
