Make variables for conditional component unittest sources
This eliminates most of the remaining inline source lists for full
components, leaving mostly one-off files that either are easiest to
manage that way because they are special-cased files for one condition
within a bigger component, or can be cleaned up incrementally later
(in the case of components that have only one file).
