Change default Traditional Han font on Mac away from LiHei Pro
Change to Heiti TC. This is more inline with what Firefox and Safari do.
LiHei Pro seems to be rendered very bold.

TEST=Visit http://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-hk/%E4%B8%AD%E5%9C%8B, check
that the font is not very bold (see screenshots on bug)
