[Extensions] Remove metric ActiveScriptController.ShownActiveScriptsOnPage
This metric isn't very useful - it's mostly covered by the other active
script controller metrics. If it were to be tweaked slightly (perhaps
percentage of extensions with an action shown, or similar), it may be
interesting, but for now let's just take it out.
