Material PDF: Restore animated entry and exit of viewer toolbars
Toolbars are automatically hidden when the user is inactive, and then
shown again after a fast mouse movement, keyboard presses or moving the
mouse to the toolbar's location.
The animation for the zoom toolbar currently looks a little strange,
this will be addressed when more buttons are added in a follow-up change.
