[Autofill] Remove an obsolete hack for parsing credit card fields on the Expedia checkout page.
The Expedia checkout flow has changed since the code was written, and the hack
is no longer needed.
Along the way, also
* Remove an obsolete TODO
* Tweak the style of a null-ptr check to match the surrounding code.
