PSL (Fuzzy) hostname matching: remove flags + kill switch for Andorid
This CL does 2 things related to password manager's fuzzy matching code:
1) extends the existing desktop kill-switch to Android
2) removes both command line flags to enable and disable, resp., fuzzy matching.
