Fix entering fullscreen logic for KK+.
SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_LAYOUT_FULLSCREEN needs to be specified seperately from
flags |= View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_LAYOUT_HIDE_NAVIGATION;
flags |= View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_HIDE_NAVIGATION;
flags |= View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_IMMERSIVE_STICKY;
because some combniation of those three prevents the expected layout
from SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_LAYOUT_FULLSCREEN.
