megatest/Make.depends: Don't regenerate automatically
Macs with older toolchain versions (gcc not aliasing to hacked-up clang)
don't support the C++11 flag to their ancient gcc. So, dependencies
won't build. Conveniently, they don't change particularly often, so it's
fine.
