Adjust tests indirectly making use of Bio::AlignIO::stockholm (issue #288)
* t/AlignIO/AlignIO.t: remove tests for stockholm. The distribution
with the module has this tests.
* t/SeqTools/GuessSeqFormat.t: make it depenndent on presence of the
module.
* t/data/rfam_tests.stk: remove file. Not used by any other test.
