Revert "Removed Mitoprot support, a service that is not working anymore"
This reverts commit 4b30dcbf95b058d53dec79fec4b86b40a4f475b3.
We build the MANIFEST as part of the distribution process; if needed users/devs can
use `./Build manifest` to generate one on the fly if you really really need this.
