desktop: use the new autodetection and dialog code in CUI_Evolution
Now we use EvoSources to find the available evolution source paths and
configurations (and to handle the fallback case, in case we didn't
compile with Evolution), and use the dialogs to provide a GUI for the
user to config manually if needed.
