deb: renamed plugin packages to opensync0 and opensync1 respectively

This rename matches the naming convention of the libraries themselves,
i.e. libopensync0 and libopensync1.  So if all plugins are renamed
appropriately, it should be possible to install both versions of
opensync on one system at the same time.
