Fix PR automake/441:
* lib/am/java.am (install-%DIR%JAVA, uninstall-%DIR%JAVA): Do
not install *.class if "$(%DIR%_JAVA)" is empty.
* tests/java3.test: New file.
* tests/Makefile.am (TESTS): Add it.
