Document m4_expand limitation.
* lib/m4sugar/m4sugar.m4 (m4_expand): Mention problem with
unbalanced parse.
* doc/autoconf.texi (Pretty Help Strings, Evaluation Macros)
(Writing Testsuites): Mention limitations inherited from
m4_expand.
